To celebrate Lajna Ima’illah’s Centenary, Lajna UK has created 19 different postcards to help Lajna members to immerse themselves in their history.

These postcards are semi-fictional. Whilst they are based upon real events, locations and time periods, the letters themselves were written by current Lajna members.

We handed out these postcards during Jalsa Salana UK 2023, but we hope you enjoy this online version where you can read all 19 postcards! Each border colour corresponds to a different decade, and the postcards span from 1922-1981.

When reading these, you might like to consider what postcard you would like to leave for future generations. After all, Lajna Ima’illah’s history is still in the making, insha’Allah!
